My stay at The Boot Inn was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment i arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The property itself is charming and beautifully maintained, blending rustic charm with modern amenities. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the local area. The food at the inn's restaurant was a delightful surprise—fresh, locally sourced ingredients prepared to perfection. The breakfast was especially noteworthy, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The location is ideal, nestled in a peaceful countryside setting yet conveniently close to local attractions. Overall, my experience at The Boot Inn was outstanding. We stayed in room six, which was of fair size, complete with bath, loo etc. The room was nicely decorated. Breakfast was good. We didn’t eat dinner but had done so on a previous stay; the food is good.

It was wonderful to see such a well run and vibrant pub. The staff were all excellent. Perfect cocktails, delicious food and attentive service. They were busy on a Thursday evening with guests and locals. The waitress on breakfast service was brilliant. She was incredibly busy but handled it fantastically. The Boot is by far the best pub I’ve been to in years. Thanks for such a fab stay.

The property was very comfortable and had a lot of charm—it was the perfect “quintessential” British country pub with a lovely (and lively) bar area. The restaurant was actually much better than typical pub fare, which was a great surprise, and the staff were all very friendly.

The outside garden area was really nice as well as the pub itself. The area is nice and quiet and beautiful buildings. The room was spacious, very comfy bed! Easy parking and very friendly staff. Even though we were above the noisy pub we couldn’t hear a thing in the room.

Lovely little pub. Great location and was exactly what we needed. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection to choose from. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. The bulls head just down the road is absolutely gorgeous food!! We stayed on a Sunday and didn’t fancy the Sunday dinner at the boot inn so went there instead and I’m so glad we did. Definitely recommend. Thank you!
